Our Story

Every great organization begins with a vision, and the story of G-N-C Senior Care and Home Support Services LLC is no exception.

On June 1, 2026, our founder, Dr. Joseph G. Conteh, arrived in Worcester, Massachusetts, after an overnight journey from Wilmington, Delaware. Driven by determination, hope, and the pursuit of new opportunities, he set out in search of the American dream and a chance to make a greater impact in the lives of others.

The journey began on Sunday, May 31, 2026, when Dr. Conteh left Delaware and traveled through the night, arriving in Worcester during the early hours of Monday morning. As he settled into his new surroundings, little did he know that the foundation of a meaningful new venture was about to be laid.

On the evening of June 1, an inspiring conversation with the great Queen AMA—a remarkable woman whose wisdom, compassion, and vision continue to influence many lives—sparked an idea that would soon become a reality. She proposed the establishment of a senior care and home support services agency dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within the comfort of their own homes.

Inspired by this vision and recognizing the growing need for compassionate home care services, Dr. Conteh acted immediately. Without hesitation, he rose from his bed, sat before his Mac laptop, and began researching the requirements for establishing a home care agency in Massachusetts. Motivated by a deep passion for service and a commitment to excellence, he worked through the night to bring the vision to life.

Between the midnight hours of June 1 and June 2, 2026, the registration process was completed. By the grace of God and through diligent effort, G-N-C Senior Care and Home Support Services LLC was officially incorporated by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts on June 2, 2026.

The following day marked another significant milestone. Dr. Conteh opened the company's business banking account with Rockland Trust Bank and immediately began laying the operational foundation for the organization. He initiated the search for human resources solutions, insurance providers, compliance systems, caregiver recruitment strategies, and the policies and procedures necessary to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What began as a simple idea quickly transformed into a mission-driven organization committed to supporting seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families in need of reliable non-medical home care services. Every step taken since those first days has been guided by a commitment to compassion, professionalism, respect, and service excellence.

Today, G-N-C Senior Care and Home Support Services LLC continues to build upon that founding vision. While our journey is still in its early chapters, our purpose remains clear: to support independence, enrich lives, and provide exceptional care that allows individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and respected in their own homes and communities.
